Since I have been licensed in real estate sales since 1989, certified as a real estate appraiser since 1991, and have 21 years of experience in construction, I can assist sellers with placing their home on the market at the right price to sell quickly and buyers with making sure you get the best buy on your new home.
I am also up to date and involved with professional real estate organizations and have been rewarded for my efforts by being named 2002 Volunteer of the Year for the Central Carolina Association of Realtors, 2003 Central Carolina Realtor of the Year, Chairman of Realtors Political Action Committee, President of the Central Carolina Association of Realtors, and 2006 Volunteer of the Year.
